 What is fat ?

The more technical term for body fat is adipose tissue, with individual cells being called adipocytes (adipo= fat ; cyte = cell).

The main role is as an energy storage dump. In terms of energy storage,

fat cells are truly exceptional in their capacity to do so a single pound of fat contains roughly 3,500 calories of stored energy.

Fat is necessary for overall health. It is called essential fat and it helps protect internal organs

, stores fuel for energy, and regulates important body hormones. But you may also have excess storage of fat and non-essential body fat and that is what is not good for your health.

Simple steps to loss body fat:

  • calculate your daily calorie intake according to your body type by using calorie meter,
  • Try to take 250 to 350 less calorie to loss weight or fat,
  • Take  5 to 6 small meal in day, (Include veggies and fruits in your diet)
  • Do weight training 3 to 4 days in a week,
  • Avoid junk food because it looks small in quantity but it contains a lot of calories,
  • Stick to your goal is most important during the fat loss because it is not overnight process that you will losing fat in weak it takes 4 to 6 months according to your body type and depends on your diet.
