 1.Eat balanced Food :

  • Eating a wide variety of healthy foods promotes good health and helps to protect against chronic disease.
  • Eating a varied, well-balanced diet means eating a variety of foods from each of the five food groups daily, in the recommended amounts.
  • It is also important to choose a variety of foods from within each food group.
  • You have to include all kind of food in your diet like Vegetables, legumes, cereals, meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts, tofu, Milk and cheese.
  • By taking the all thing in correct amount it automatically fullfill your daily need of protien, carbs, fats, vitamins, fiber and all nutrients.

2.Drink enough water

  •  Adequate and regular water consumption has lots of health benefits. Experts alaways recommend drinking eight to ten glasses of water each day to maintain good health.
  • Drinking enough amount of water helps you in Flushes Out Toxins out of your body, helps in Digestion and Constipation, Treats Headaches and Migraines and Relieves Fatigue.

3.Add fruits on your diet:

  • you should  eat 2 cups of fruits per day. it provides Phytochemicals, Minerals, vitamin and fiber.it  may reduce risk for heart disease, including heart attack and stroke.

4.Do regular exercize:

  • Doing a regular exercize is the key to live better today and future. A survey suggested that those people lives longer and better life  who spend 20 minutes daily in exercize and regular exercize prevent you from the heart attack.

5.Sleep well:

  • Our body mostly grows during the our sleeping hour so it is vary important to take a sleep minimum 6 hour and getting at least 8 hours of sleep can improve immune function.
  • Poor sleep affects hormones that regulate appetite. Those who get adequate sleep tend to eat fewer calories than those who don’t.
  • Good sleep can maximize problem solving skills and enhance memory. Poor sleep has been shown to impair brain function.
